NOVAFRICA Session in the Eurafrican Forum: Is Africa affected by a “brain drain” or a “brain gain”?

The NOVAFRICA session in the Euroafrican Forum debated the topic “Retaining Talent in Africa”. Galina Vysotskaya and Alberto Marden da Cruz, two NOVAFRICA graduate students, led the discussion during the digital forum held on the 3rd and 4th September. The goal of this forum was to contribute to business and economic development in Africa.
