NOVAFRICA News: Preventing Islamic Radicalization in Mozambique

The violence in Cabo Delgado is a concern for the international community.

In the context of Islamic insurgency in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique, NOVAFRICA developed a conflict-prevention project where religious sensitization decreased anti-social behavior. Pedro Vicente, Scientific Director of NOVAFRICA described these projects, their results and policy implications in SIC Noticias, TVI 24 and RTP Africa.
